Our Process

Analysis

The first step in our development process. We ask the right questions to give the right answers. We collect the relevant data, we process them and translate them into clear directions to our design and engineering team.

Concept Design

We evolve the doodles and sketches from the initial design meeting, into drawings, 2D vector graphics and photo-realistic 3D renderings. We present them to our clients, take notes and refine the designs until we have reached the desired outcome.

Prototyping

Another highly-iterative stage. From the concept drawings we develop the preliminary designs and tooling and create physical prototypes that are presented to our clients in life-sized mock-up environments in the privacy of our facilities.

Engineering

We create detailed engineering drawings, models, technical manuals and manufacturing recipes based on the approved preliminary designs and prototypes.

MANUFACTURING

Quality Control

Quality inspections are performed at various stages of our manufacturing cycle and defects are rectified before the products reach the next stage.

Packaging

We select the appropriate packaging materials, methods and containers to ensure that our products are delivered to their destination safely, without wasting space or resources.

Installation

Maintenance

Our teams perform systematic cleaning and maintenance to prevent the visual degradation of our products due to pollution and environmental conditions and corrective repairs and retrofits whenever an element requires upgrading.
